Gas Up the Stove

Bunny Trail Mix

1 cup butterscotch morsels
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
4 cups granola cereal
1 cup (about 8 ounces) jelly beans

Line bottom of 13 x 9 pan with wax paper; set aside.

Combine butterscotch morsels and peanut butter in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring until melted.

Add granola, stirring well. Press mixture into prepared pan. Chill until firm.

Break into pieces, and then stir in jelly beans. Store in airtight container at room temperature.

Yield: 8 cups
